Leadership, performance and management Training programs
iHR Australia’s workplace leadership, performance and management training programs for team leaders, managers and supervisors will develop the participants approach to both leadership and management. The programs cover what is required of a leader in an organisation and how to approach the management responsibility.
Participants in these programs will learn that being an effective leader good requires more than just having strong specialist skills. Leadership is ultimately about influencing team members to take part in the team and organisational journey. Whether it’s an employee stepping up to a team leader role or a current manager looking to develop their current skill-set, our leadership, performance and management training programs are suitable for a diverse range of management levels.
All programs feature professional actors and a leadership specialist with years of practical organisational experience.

For face to face sessions, our programs can be delivered in all states, territories and regions of Australia and New Zealand at your workplace. We also coordinate training for regional and remote locations.
Many of our programs are also available as public sessions in case you have small numbers.
Can training be customised?
Yes. All programs can be customised on request and we can also facilitate new programmes using our 'Workplace Reality Theatre' training methodology. Customisation will incur additional fees.
