Virtual Workplace Training

With more organisations now operating virtual team environments, iHR Australia is pleased to introduce our new Virtual Workplace Training solution. With a commitment to participant interaction, our virtual training room is capped at a maximum of 15, which provides participants with the opportunity to ask questions and share their experiences in a collegiate way. In addition, iHR Australia’s facilitators are able to address specific requirements and where appropriate, tailor the program to address any specific needs which may arise.

All Virtual Workplace Training programs start with our basic solution lasting between 1-4 hours per session, with all programs based on an abridged version of our face-to-face training solutions. Our Workplace Reality Theatre method, which features professional actors is now incorporated within our Virtual Workplace Training sessions, to support the key learning objectives of each program.
