Mental health, wellbeing and psychosocial safety

Through iHR Australia’s Mental health, wellbeing and psychosocial safety in the workplace training, participants will understand the importance of a safe and healthy workplace. Participants will be able to identify behaviours and patterns of mental health in workplace environments and what actions can be taken to assist those affected.

These programs clarify what resilience is and how important resilience is to maintaining employee wellbeing and fulfilling their role. Designed and facilitated by Psychologists, our workplace training is available at both employee and manager levels.

Where is the training held?

All programs can be delivered virtually.

For face to face sessions, our programs can be delivered in all states, territories and regions of Australia and New Zealand at your workplace. We also coordinate training for regional and remote locations.

Many of our programs are also available as open learning workshops in case you have small numbers.

Can training be customised?

Yes. All programs can be customised on request and we can also facilitate new programmes using our 'Workplace Reality Theatre' training methodology. Customisation will incur additional fees.
