This program equips managers and team leaders with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to navigate difficult workplace conversations with clarity and professionalism.

Participants will learn how to prepare for challenging discussions, manage emotions, deliver constructive feedback, address conflict and performance concerns, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.

The program provides practical frameworks and communication techniques that enable leaders to build trust, strengthen relationships, resolve issues early, and achieve positive outcomes while maintaining respect and accountability.

Using our signature Workplace Reality Theatre training methodology, to bring the learning experience to life, allowing them to observe, analyse and practice having professional and courageous conversations across a number of workplace scenarios.
