Senior HR Consultant/Facilitator
Holly Cormack is an enthusiastic and engaging Facilitator and Executive Coach, drawing on over 20 years of hands on business experience helping organisations create a climate for development, growth and change.
Originally from New Zealand, Holly’s career in HR and Learning and Development has taken her across the globe with time spent in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and now Singapore. Having worked in both the Financial Services sector and for a large global FMCG, Holly has an excellent understanding of how important the right kind of development is and how it can ultimately support an organisations growth ambitions.
Most recently Holly was the Head of Learning and Development for one of Asia’s leading investment houses. Within this role Holly designed and facilitated various leadership courses, as well as a suite of products that focused on the evolving needs of the organisation including, Emotional Intelligence, Networking and Time Management. In addition, Holly was an internal coach to both senior business leaders as well as the high potential group being prepared for leadership opportunities.
Holly holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Masters in Applied Science from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. She is a qualified Executive Coach (IECL Australia) and is a certified HBDI®practitioner.
