Tina’s experience as a HR & OD leader ranges across the technology, government, financial services, utilities and aviation industries, having worked across both small organisations with a greenfield environment and large matrix organisations.
Tina has technical expertise leading performance cyclical activities, talent & succession, workshop design & facilitation, coaching & development, building & implementing HR strategy, engagement and surveys, performance management, policies & procedures and analytics.
Tina brings high levels of energy and enthusiasm to her facilitation as she is passionate about helping others understand processes and nurturing growth and development. She partners with employees and leaders to help drive a more positive workplace culture and improved employee experiences. Her varied experience allows her to adapt and empathise well when working with different audiences and organisations.
Tina holds a BA in Business (HR) and a BA in Arts (History). Outside of consulting, Tina also volunteers as a HR Manager for The Water Well Project, a not-for-profit supporting communities from migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds to improve health and wellbeing through health education
