Facilitator and Coach
Lisa is a highly experienced people development specialist, who has worked across most industries in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. Her earlier career encompassed HR, OD and change management senior strategic roles, including the design and implementation of award winning initiatives in the EEO space. For the last 20 years, Lisa has channelled her expertise and passion in areas of executive coaching, leadership development, team building, assessment, organizational development and culture change, where she has a proven track record of increasing client capability, enhancing employee engagement and facilitating positive organizational culture outcomes.
Lisa has designed and delivered a range of learning and development solutions that build skills, facilitate behavioural change and support transformational culture initiatives. She has facilitated many team development interventions that have strengthened team cohesion and enhanced performance. In her coaching practice she incorporates evidenced based and positive psychology approaches, that enable clients to make transformations in line with their goals. Lisa has extensive expertise in assessment, in particular the design and delivery of assessment/development centres that incorporate ‘in the moment’ feedback, as well as more formal debriefs of 360 degree and psychometric tool results.
Lisa has qualifications in HR, business and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology/Counselling as well as being accredited in a range of psychometric tools.
