Custodians of Culture: Anti Discrimination and Bullying Training for Managers

Managers and senior leaders are the custodians of a workplace culture.

When leadership actively works to build a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace culture, you can start to prevent harmful workplace conduct.

This program will focus on leadership practices. We will dive into the legislative requirements on anti-discrimination, bullying and harassment (including sexual harassment) in the workplace.

Using our signature Workplace Reality Theatre training method, we draw on industry and sector specific evidence. Participants will deepen their insight into how people experience discrimination, bullying and harassment in the workplace. Participants will analyse and apply leadership strategies to prevent and appropriately respond to issues when they occur and have the opportunity to practice providing feedback on risky workplace conduct and explore the responses and next steps to harmful conduct when it occurs.
