FREE WEBINAR (ZOOM)

11.00am to 12.00pm (AEDT)
Change can be a positive aspect for an organisation - it can significantly improve productivity and efficiency.
But if change is not planned, poorly communicated, or inadequately managed it can cause major drawbacks. It is important for organisations to help employees understand the reasons before initiating the change.
One of the key factors in managing change smoothly is ensuring that proper measures are in place, such as consulting employees to incorporate their feedback into the change management process. However, this does not guarantee that change implementation will be free from disruptions.
Even with mindful planning, businesses may still experience reduced productivity, workflow interruptions, and a decline in employee morale if psychosocial risks are not addressed within the change management framework.
