Sebastian Harvey is a leading facilitator and coach in all areas of people management and is a nationally accredited mediator. Sebastian has over 20  years’ experience as an independent consultant working across a range of sectors including health, local and state government, manufacturing, banking and utilities. This is backed up by 18 years’ experience as an internal consultant and manager the public and education sectors in recruitment and human resource development functions.  Sebastian is committed to helping individuals, teams and organisations to be more successful through conflict resolution and people management practices that are positive, fair and respectful.

Sebastian’s consulting experience includes extensive facilitation of both corporate and accredited (VET) programs supported by outstanding experiential training, action-based education and team learning. He has worked as a coach in the context of behavioural management, career development and outplacement. Sebastian is also an experienced interviewer, has assisted organisations with change projects and added mediation to his portfolio in 2020.

Sebastian has qualifications in Training, Business, Psychology and Literature and is a Certified Professional in HR (CAHRI). He has also held leadership roles in community and professional organisations.
