Her expertise ranges across multiple, key industry sectors, including technology, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, education, aged care, nursing and more.
With involvement in a leading HR/IR consulting firm and peak body, Lorna has a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of employment laws and regulations. She is also skilled in wage compliance, payroll, workplace investigations, developing in-house training programs, establishing performance management systems, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.
Her comprehensive knowledge of the employment lifecycle, coupled with hands-on experience in employment relations consulting and leading investigations into sexual harassment, bullying, and harassment, makes her a reliable and knowledgeable consultant.
Lorna holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Employee Relations and plans to pursue a Bachelor of Laws in 2025.
