James brings a wealth of experience to a modern, progressive approach to Executive career development, Executive career transition and Executive career coaching. He has demonstrated results delivering contemporary People and Culture initiatives and HR practices that align workforce with organisational strategy, values and goals.
He has a passion for supporting people in breaking through into new ways of thinking and working, with emphasis on building connectivity, confidence, positive self-concepts and awareness as to what it takes to be successful. James also believes that the coachee’s experience should be one of true partnering with the coach which should be both fun and enjoyable and delivered with a great sense of humour.
James’ qualifications and certifications include a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and Environmental Science, Enterprise Senior Exec. Leadership, Mental Health First Aid, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST).
