Andrei is a highly experienced People & Culture Leader, trusted adviser and strategic partner to all levels of management. Andrei’s areas of expertise span over three decades in strategic and operational human resources, specifically in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational transformation and leadership coaching.
Andrei has a proven track record in enabling large and complex organisations to be effective. He is known for taking a pragmatic, commercial and coaching approach to improving business performance. His particular expertise has been in developing and implementing Industrial Relations strategies that delivered fit for purpose employment instruments and strengthened Union relations during significant organizational change.
Andrei has also successfully executed an enterprise-wide transformation program that improved Technician utilization and engagement across the NBNCo sub contractor workforce. He has led the implementation of a centralized time and attendance system (UKG Kronos). He is also recognised for successfully developing and leading high performing, commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner teams that enable business growth.
Andrei’s qualifications include an MBA and BComm Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University and an Advanced Certificate in Accounting from Tafe NSW.
