Yes. However there do need to be options and choices for those raising complaints, depending on the nature of the complaint.

As the grievance process progresses, it’s also important to adapt to the situation and be flexible with your responses.

  • Maintain privacy around referrals
  • Ongoing support for those involved
  • Maintain objectivity
  • Share information as appropriate
