Bronwyn’s roles have involved managing teams, resources, and outcomes for People and Culture, Change Management, Business Operations, Business Improvement, and Organisational Health.
She has a strong passion for driving employee engagement, fostering organisational health, and developing a positive organisational culture to enhance business outcomes. Her expertise includes transformational change within large multidisciplinary teams, formal organisational design, restructuring, and cultural change management.
