Designed for managers and team leaders, this program provides practical, real world strategies for identifying, managing and resolving workplace conflict before it escalates. Participants will build the confidence and skills to navigate difficult conversations, address challenging behaviours, and apply best practice conflict resolution techniques to strengthen team relationships, improve performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Incorporating our signature Workplace Reality Theatre methodology, participants will be exposed to examples of dispute resolution that increase or decrease the likelihood of resolving workplace conflict.
