Paul brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and employee relations across public and private sectors. He has successfully supported organisations across government, education, and professional services, with expertise in industrial relations, workforce management, legislative development, and workplace health and safety.

Starting as an industrial inspector in the Queensland Government, Paul built extensive strategic leadership experience in workforce management and industrial relations. He served as Departmental Liaison Officer to Industrial Relations Ministers, contributing to policy development and legislative drafting. As HR Director at Stuartholme School, Paul expanded his capabilities across all HR disciplines, balancing technical knowledge and practical HR application with strategic and tactical input.

He excels in industrial and employee relations, Modern Award interpretation, and workforce strategy. As a trained and experienced facilitator, mediator and investigator, Paul brings strong capabilities in conflict resolution and workplace investigations. His deep understanding of employment laws underpins his approach to client engagement, ensuring tailored, compliant and effective workplace solutions.

Beyond compliance, Paul’s senior HR leadership experience has equipped him to mentor and develop People and Culture teams.
