Louise Groves is an HR professional and coach with significant experience in both strategic and operational roles. A critical element of her approach is enabling leadership capability to drive a high-performance culture. Her personal style balances challenge and support. Louise thinks creatively and takes a solution-focused approach to coaching based in positive psychology and nurturing self-awareness.

Louise started her professional career in audit at KPMG and launched a career in professional services in HR, most notably as Human Capital Director at PwC. At PwC she led a team of 35 generalist HR practitioners across Australia and advanced cultural change programs.

Louise recently completed an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership. She holds Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Commerce degrees, and a Master of Commerce (Human Resources & Industrial Relations) from University of Melbourne. She is a member of AHRI and ICF and has coaching qualifications from NeuroLeadership Institute and ICCP. Louise is accredited in Genos Emotional Intelligence profiles, TMS (Team Management Systems), and MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) development instruments.
