The Fair Work Commission is now empowered to stop workplace bullying

From January 2014 a worker who believes they have been bullied at work can apply directly to the Fair Work Commission for an order to stop the bullying. From January 2014 the Fair Work Commission can make orders to stop workplace bullying – a breach of an order could attract a civil penalty.
