Under the strong leadership of former Managing Director, Stephen Bell, iHR Australia established a reputation as the premier organisation for workplace training, investigations and HR solutions, across Australia and New Zealand. He now holds a position as a non-executive director on the iHR Asia Pty. Ltd. board.

Stephen remains a thought leader in respect to workplace culture and leadership and is a key facilitator of our well known program Custodians of Culture.

Stephen’s unique approach is to make leadership behaviour and culture a risk management consideration when formulating HR strategies. His highly regarded Bell Culture Model (that explains the connection between leadership, culture and risk to performance, brand, well-being and compliance) has been the basis of numerous training programs and consultancy activities iHR Australia has conducted across Australia and Asia.

Stephen was the mastermind in the development of a new approach to training. Learning via storytelling is an innovative approach that sees the use of live actors in all face to face and virtual training programs. The actors re-enact real life workplace scenarios, making for an engaging and memorable learning experience.

Stephen is an accomplished speaker, coach and mentor in the areas of leadership and workplace culture. Stephen is regularly engaged as a guest speaker and facilitates leadership programs for iHR’s local and international executive level clients.
