Sally brings over 25 years of global executive experience in organisational performance, leadership and workforce strategy across financial services, professional services, publishing, education, FinTech and FMCG sectors. She has operated at senior executive and board level in highly regulated, ASX- and FTSE-listed environments across Australia, the UK, Asia and the US.
Sally has held enterprise-wide roles within major financial institutions, partnering with CEOs and executive teams to lead large-scale organisational transformation, strategic workforce planning, leadership architecture and cultural reform. She has built and led internal HR consulting functions, designed executive leadership programs, and advised on future-of-work capability, AI and workforce integration, and non-financial risk governance.
