Kate brings over 20 years of senior executive experience across aged care, health, medical research, education, technology, telecommunications, engineering, government and not-for-profit sectors, both in Australia and internationally.
She has operated at Executive and Board level in complex, regulated and highly unionised environments, leading large-scale People and Culture, workforce capability, governance and transformation portfolios across organisations ranging from 400 to 16,000 employees.
Kate specialises in workforce transformation, organisational design, enterprise bargaining, cultural change, leadership capability and governance reform. She has led major restructures, integrated multi-state acquisitions, rationalised enterprise agreements, and delivered enterprise-wide capability frameworks aligned to regulatory and quality standards.
