Natasha Charles brings over 20 years of senior People and Culture leadership experience across defence, manufacturing, aged care, animal welfare and community services sectors, working within both multinational matrix organisations and mid-sized not-for-profits.
Natasha specialises in organisational design, culture transformation, leadership development, enterprise bargaining, and change management. She has led restructures, negotiated enterprise agreements, driven workforce growth in constrained labour markets, and implemented enterprise-wide capability and talent strategies. Her experience includes facilitating executive strategy workshops, board effectiveness reviews, leadership development programs, and HBDI team profiling sessions.
Her facilitation style combines strategic insight with practical application. Drawing on global experience across the UK, India and Australia, she creates engaging, psychologically safe environments that balance commercial outcomes with human-centred leadership.
