Session: Managing psychosocial risks in the workplace

Managing psychosocial risks in the workplace

Psychosocial risks impact an employee's mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. However, these risks are hard to measure in comparison to physical risks.

In this program, we provide a detailed overview of these new legal requirements and then translate them into practical guidance for preventing psychosocial risks at a team level.

Designed for managers and HR professionals, our brand-new program on psychosocial risks challenges this notion to better equip leaders with the practical skills to support employees and foster a healthier workplace. We believe at its core, a workplace culture that prioritises safety and health builds a thriving and productive workforce.

What makes our training stand out?

Using our signature Workplace Reality Theatre training method, we draw on industry and sector-specific case studies, allowing participants to watch and respond to real-time scenarios played out by professional actors. Participants then discuss the issues presented and receive feedback from our expert facilitator on how to assess issues that require escalation versus those that can be resolved by providing employees with the right resources.

All participants will receive a detailed workbook and certificate of attendance.
