Sebastian Harvey

As a Senior Facilitator and Coach at iHR Australia, Sebastian Harvey helps individuals, teams and organisations strengthen people management, resolve conflict and build positive, fair and respectful workplace practices.

Sebastian brings more than 20 years’ experience as an independent consultant across health, local and state government, manufacturing, banking and utilities. This follows 18 years in internal consulting and management roles within the public and education sectors, specialising in recruitment and human resource development.

His expertise spans corporate and accredited vocational training, coaching, mediation and organisational change. Sebastian takes a practical, experiential approach to facilitation, using action-based learning and team activities to build capability. His coaching experience includes behaviour management, career development and outplacement, complemented by extensive interviewing experience and nationally accredited mediation credentials.

Sebastian holds qualifications in Training, Business, Psychology and Literature, and is a Certified Professional in HR (CAHRI). He has also held leadership roles in community and professional organisations.
