Ilona Magur

As a Senior Consultant at iHR Australia, Ilona helps organisations strengthen workplace culture, develop their people and identify risks affecting employee engagement, inclusion and wellbeing.

Ilona brings more than 20 years’ experience in talent, culture, learning and organisational development across professional services, health, government, travel, technology, manufacturing, mining and resources.

Her experience includes facilitating cultural transformation and conducting organisation-wide workplace assessments to identify concerns relating to culture, engagement, inclusion and psychosocial risk. She supports organisations to turn assessment findings into practical recommendations and implement improvements.

Ilona holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Diploma of Leadership and Management, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
