Ilona is a senior talent, culture, learning and organisational development professional with over twenty years of experience working with clients across several different sectors including the Professional Services, Health, Government, Travel, Technology, Manufacturing, Mining and Resources sectors.

She has also been instrumental in facilitating cultural transformation, completing organisation-wide workplace assessments to identify concerns and risks associated with culture, engagement, inclusion and workplace wellbeing (psychosocial risk), and then providing and implementing the associated recommendations.

Ilona’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), Diploma of Leadership & Management and Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
