Toni Carroll

As a Senior Consultant, Coach and Facilitator at iHR Australia, Toni Carroll helps organisations strengthen leadership, transform workplace culture and navigate change through practical advice, coaching and development.

Toni brings three decades of HR leadership experience across Australia, Europe and Asia. Her career includes senior roles with Aon, CLSA Asia and Calyon CIB, spanning insurance, investment banking, financial and professional services.

Her expertise includes organisational development, culture transformation and behaviour change within large, complex organisations. Toni has designed talent and engagement strategies, led change programs and coached high-potential talent. Her collaborative approach helps leaders balance organisational priorities with individual development, building the capability to navigate personal and professional transitions.

Toni holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is a Level 2 Executive Coach, holds accreditations in several assessment tools and the Leadership Maturity Framework, and is a certified facilitator of FranklinCovey’s 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team.
