Tom Stodulka

As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor at iHR Australia, Tom Stodulka helps organisations resolve workplace disputes, rebuild working relationships and reach sustainable agreements through collaborative mediation.

Tom brings more than 30 years’ experience and has mediated over 6,000 disputes across Australia. His practice spans workplace matters, restorative justice, historic abuse, family and estate law, commercial and franchise disputes, and complex multi-party matters involving remote Indigenous communities.

Tom combines deep listening with structured problem-solving, helping parties find common ground and address underlying concerns. A former Director of LEADR and President of the NT Mediation Association, he also founded the Queensland ADR Forum. He mentors and supervises mediators and contributes to university programs as a coach and assessor.

Tom holds a law degree from the University of Sydney, is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and holds mediation accreditations across Australia, India, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong. His recognition includes the 2013 Resolution Institute Award for Excellence in the Practice of Dispute Resolution, Mediator of the Year at the 2019 Australasian Law Awards and National Facilitator of the Year in 2020. He was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2021.
