Sally Dwyer

As a Senior Facilitator, Coach and Consultant at iHR Australia, Sally Dwyer helps organisations strengthen executive leadership, align workforce strategy with business priorities and improve organisational performance.

Sally brings more than 25 years’ global executive experience across financial services, professional services, publishing, education, FinTech and FMCG. She has worked at senior executive and board level in highly regulated, ASX- and FTSE-listed environments across Australia, the UK, Asia and the US, partnering with CEOs and executive teams on large-scale transformation, workforce planning and cultural reform.

Her expertise spans executive development, organisational effectiveness, governance and risk oversight. Sally has built internal HR consulting functions, designed senior leadership programs and advised on AI and workforce integration. Her facilitation combines commercial insight with board and risk committee experience, helping leaders work through complex decisions, challenge assumptions and strengthen accountability.

Sally holds a Master of Science in Global Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics, a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a CEDR-accredited mediator and trained organisational coach, with accreditations in Hogan, Korn Ferry Learning Agility and Hay Group Emotional Intelligence 360 assessments.
