TrainingNatasha brings more than 20 years’ senior People and Culture leadership experience across defence, manufacturing, aged care, animal welfare and community services. Her career spans multinational organisations and mid-sized not-for-profits, with experience across the UK, India and Australia.
Her expertise includes organisational design, culture transformation, enterprise bargaining and change management. She has led restructures, negotiated enterprise agreements and implemented workforce capability and talent strategies. Her facilitation experience spans executive strategy workshops, board effectiveness reviews, leadership development and HBDI team profiling.
Natasha combines strategic insight with practical application, creating engaging, psychologically safe learning environments. She helps leaders approach complex conversations with clarity and confidence, balancing commercial priorities with inclusive leadership and a positive employee experience.
Natasha holds a Master of International Business with Distinction from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a UK vocational qualification in Business Administration. She is a Prosci Certified Change Manager, an executive coach trained through IECL Levels 1 and 2, an HBDI Practitioner, and an AHRI Certified Practitioner Human Resources through the Senior Leader Pathway.
