Narelle Mounsey

As a Senior Facilitator and Consultant at iHR Australia, Narelle Mounsey helps organisations strengthen leadership, build employee engagement and develop workplace cultures that support performance.

Narelle brings more than 18 years’ experience in senior HR roles, including positions with Chevron and BHP. She has led diverse HR teams across Australia, Indonesia and the United States, with a strong focus on culture development and employee engagement.

Her expertise spans organisational development, leadership and risk management. An energetic and engaging facilitator, Narelle has designed and implemented leadership, team building and performance programs, combining practical HR experience with coaching skills to support people and organisational development.

Narelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Curtin University. She is a qualified coach and a certified DISC Workplace Facilitator.
