Louise Groves

As a Senior Facilitator at iHR Australia, Louise Groves helps leaders build self-awareness, strengthen their capabilities and develop high-performing workplace cultures through practical learning and coaching.

Louise brings extensive experience in strategic and operational HR roles within professional services. She began her career in audit at KPMG before moving into HR, later serving as Human Capital Director at PwC, where she led 35 generalist HR practitioners across Australia and advanced cultural change programs.

Her approach balances challenge and support, drawing on positive psychology and creative, solution-focused thinking. Louise helps leaders recognise their strengths, explore new perspectives and translate greater self-awareness into effective leadership practices.

Louise holds an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Commerce degrees, and a Master of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of AHRI and ICF, holds coaching qualifications from the NeuroLeadership Institute and ICCP, and is accredited in Genos Emotional Intelligence, Team Management Systems and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator development instruments.
