As a Workplace Advisory and Compliance Consultant at iHR Australia, Lorna Reid helps organisations strengthen employment practices, manage workplace concerns and support their people throughout the employment lifecycle.

Lorna brings experience in workplace advisory services and HR business partnering across technology, manufacturing, professional and financial services, meat processing, social and community services, education, aged care and nursing. Her background includes working with a leading HR and industrial relations consulting firm and a peak body.

Her expertise spans wage and payroll compliance, workplace investigations, performance management, recruitment and onboarding. She has led investigations into allegations of sexual harassment, bullying and harassment, and developed in-house training programs to strengthen organisational capability. Lorna combines employment relations knowledge with hands-on HR experience to provide practical support for employers.
