Liz Herszfeld

As a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor at iHR Australia, Elizabeth Herszfeld helps organisations investigate workplace concerns, resolve conflict and strengthen communication through practical advice, mediation and facilitation.

Elizabeth brings experience as a workplace investigator, accredited mediator, facilitator and coach, specialising in conflict management and resolution. Her approach combines strong analytical skills with a considered understanding of workplace dynamics and fair process.

An engaging facilitator, Elizabeth balances empathy with objectivity to support open dialogue and constructive problem-solving. She works with leaders and teams to address conflict early, manage difficult conversations and resolve grievances, building confidence and accountability while strengthening working relationships.

Elizabeth holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and a Certificate III in Investigative Services. She is an accredited mediator with the Victorian Association of Dispute Resolution and holds a current investigative licence. She has also completed specialist training in investigative interviewing and investigations.
