As a Senior HR Consultant and Workplace Mediator at iHR Australia, Kate Moore helps organisations navigate people risk, manage change and strengthen leadership through practical advice and fair workplace processes.

Kate brings extensive People and Culture executive experience, partnering with boards, CEOs and executive teams across ASX-listed, private, government and not-for-profit organisations. Her expertise spans workforce transformation, culture, leadership and complex employee relations, supported by a strong understanding of commercial priorities and governance.

She has led mergers and acquisitions, operating model redesign, workforce growth and restructuring, and advised on sensitive investigations, performance and conduct matters, executive remuneration, diversity and inclusion, and cultural risk. Kate takes a calm, pragmatic approach, helping leaders work through complexity, maintain trust and make confident decisions. Her advice, facilitation and capability development programs connect sustainable people practices with business strategy.

Kate holds qualifications in Agricultural Economics, Human Resources, and Administration and Management, and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Company Directors Course. She is a nationally accredited mediator, a Certified Advanced HR Practitioner (CAHRI) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
