Her leadership has spanned project delivery, quality assurance and account management, with a consistent focus on understanding each organisation’s needs.
Her experience includes managing complex client projects and leading teams of specialist consultants, facilitators and HR professionals. Eileen combines attention to detail with the ability to develop tailored, cost-effective solutions that address immediate concerns and support longer-term organisational goals.
