Overview:

This program will help participants develop their interviewing skills to select the right person. Participants will learn how effective interviewing is critical, in saving time and money for any organisation. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to prepare for interviews, determine the right questions to ask and how to analyse a candidate’s answers. Participants will work through real-life scenarios with iHR’s professional actors and an expert facilitator using iHR Australia’s unique Workplace Reality Theatre.
