Workplace investigation services:

I chose to work with iHR Australia on recommendation from my staff, who had previously used iHR who were endorsed by our lawyers, post review of an iHR report. 

The main benefits of working with iHR Australia have been a balanced and pragmatic approach in the review, all parties felt heard and understood, a comprehensive report that allowed for us to determine the best way forward. This gave lots of credibility to our handling of the issue as it brought the impartiality that was required. 

I have found iHR’s service to be different from other providers as I have always used internal providers, however iHR was superior to past external investigators as the handling has been more pragmatic.

All iHR’s face to face programs use our Workplace Reality Theatre methodology which uses professional actors to bring training to life. Programs can be delivered in the workplace and can be customised to suit the organisation.
