In this program participants will be guided through the key principles of conducting a lawful workplace investigation, focusing on unlawful discrimination, bullying and harassment.

Incorporating our signature Workplace Reality Theatre methodology, participants will observe techniques which focus on the sensitivities and requirements of specialist workplace conduct investigations.

This program will guide participants through the key principles of resolving workplace conflict, focusing on best practice processes and skills required to mediate internal workplace conflict.

Incorporating our signature Workplace Reality Theatre methodology, participants will be exposed to examples of dispute resolution that increase or decrease the likelihood of resolving workplace conflict.
