This workshop focuses on the importance of the Contact Officer role and provides participants with an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the role responsibilities, particularly when dealing with allegations of bullying and discrimination.
Using our Workplace Reality Theatre, and drawing on industry and sector specific evidence, participants are provided an opportunity to deepen their insight into the role of the Contact Officer, typical issues that are escalated and practical strategies on how to provide support within their role.
