HR Policies & Procedures
Ensuring the client has well documented HR Policies and Procedures that are not only compliant with relevant Australian legislation (i.e. the Fair Work Act and obligations that flow from the National Employment Standards) but that are also aligned to company expectations and standards of behaviour.
The scope of the service can include:
Reviewing current Policies
Undertake a review of the client’s current policies and making any necessary amendments and/or providing relevant feedback on additions / deletions / amendments
Design and development
Design and develop individual HR policies and procedures and/or employee handbooks specifically tailored to the client’s needs and operations
Briefing Sessions and Training on HR Policies & Procedures
iHR Australia can assist with the communication to staff and training to managers in relation to the updated HR policies and procedures. For example, this may involve a 2-hour briefing session with staff on the newly implemented policies and procedures.
Purchase of iHR Australia’s Template HR Policy and Procedure Manual/Employee Handbook
iHR Australia has a comprehensive HR Policy and Procedure Manual Template, which clients can purchase for a fixed fee. Attachment A outlines the table of contents of iHR Australia’s HR Policy and Procedure Manual Template.

As an optional additional service, iHR Australia can assist the client to tailor / customise the Template to meet the client’s specific requirements
Optional Additional Service 2
Alternatively, iHR Australia can blend the Template with the client’s existing policy documents to meet the client’s specific requirements and practices
