Audit Process

An audit typically includes:

  • Reviewing existing contracts and employment agreements;
  • Reviewing leave practices and recording keeping;
  • Reviewing policies and procedures;
  • Evaluating employee understanding of required policies, processes and practices; and
  • Assessing compliance with, and application of, obligations stemming from modern awards, regulations, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
