Our 3 HR Partnering Models

iHR Australia offers three models of HR partnering

  1. Temporary to permanent
  2. Traditional

1. Temporary to Permanent

In this unique model, your chosen HR resource is initially employed by iHR Australia whilst they work in your organisation. After an agreed period of time your organisation can:

  • Employ the resource directly
  • Extend the term of the arrangement
  • Cease the arrangement

This HR recruitment model helps to minimise risk and increase flexibility for your organisation.

In this model the HR Resource is recruited or drawn from iHR Australia’s talent pool specifically to meet your organisation’s needs.

iHR Australia manages the recruitment process and undertakes the tasks of advertising and initial selection. Working in partnership with your organisation, iHR Australia conducts a more thorough and effective selection process by utilising our expertise and knowledge of your organisation’s requirements.

iHR Australia maintains a dialogue with the client organisation throughout the process to ensure that progress is communicated and decisions taken are agreed by both parties.

The appointed resource would be initially engaged under contract through iHR Australia. After an agreed period and by mutual agreement with the resource, iHR Australia and your organisation, the resource becomes a permanent employee of your organisation.

2. Traditional HR Recruitment and Partnering

In this model iHR Australia takes a brief from your organisation on its requirements. iHR Australia then advertises and may also draw from its existing networks to create a list of candidates. Through a consultative approach, iHR Australia shortlists and conducts a first round of interviews to then provide your organisation with a list of preferred candidates for interview. The successful candidate is then employed by your organisation.

3. Outsourced, consulting or on demand

With a large pool of HR professionals on staff, iHR Australia is able to offer your organisation flexible access to our experts in the following ways.

In this model the resource is employed by iHR Australia and contracted to your organisation on agreed terms.
