How is an iHR Human Resources audit conducted?

An iHR Human Resources audit typically follows the following process:

  1. Define the scope of the audit
  2. iHR's Audit Survey is modified to ensure scope is adequately met
  3. "Long Form Survey" is completed face to face or over the phone with primary stakeholder(s)
  4. A selection of "Manager Surveys" are completed face to face or over the phone
  5. A quantity of "Employee Surveys" are completed face to face or over the phone
  6. Results analysed
  7. Report written
  8. Report delivered
